- Sale items or item purchased with a promo code are FINAL sale.
- All jewelry is FINAL sale.
- Returned items must be in original condition with the tags attached.
- Shipping charges are not refunded, you are responsible for the return shipping.
-Returns must include an RA approval, packages received without an approval won't be able to be processed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your return RA.

- When we receive your return we will create a store credit and we will email you a specific code for future purchases (this can be used in store or online).

What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 10 days from the ship date are eligible for store credit or exchange for up to 10 days from purchase date. After 10 days the item is ineligible for return.
What is your in store return policy?
For in store purchases, we accept returns back for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Please return the items you buy in-store back to the store.
